His career trajectory includes pivotal roles within two of Peru's largest banks where he excelled in executing comprehensive risk assessments, maintaining stringent regulatory compliance, and formulating robust risk mitigation strategies. Gustavo's academic credentials complement his professional experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and has pursued postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance. Moreover, he is a certified Scrum Master, underlining his proficiency in project management and team leadership. Currently, Gustavo is augmenting his skill set by pursuing an MBA at McGill University, with a specialization in Finance and Strategy & Leadership. He is dedicated to using his unique blend of industry experience, academic competence, and leadership skills to support businesses in managing operational risks and becoming more resilient in today's rapidly evolving business landscape.

With a passion for sustainability and a diverse background in business administration, Justin brings a unique perspective to the team. As an entrepreneur from China, he started a company for waste recycling in multiple areas. Through innovative approaches, Justin optimized processes, enhanced sustainability practices, and established impactful Public-Private Partnerships to drive growth.

Born and raised in India, Mohit is a driven MBA candidate specializing in Global Strategy and Leadership at McGill University. He holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, providing him with a strong technical background. With four years of experience in technology consulting, Mohit has worked extensively in the healthcare and retirement industries, contributing to the development of Core Business Operations practices at a leading Big 4 consulting firm. Mohit has spent his summer as an Advisory Consultant at AWS, collaborating with businesses to leverage technology for transformative initiatives while ensuring risk management to enhance enterprise value.

Omar is currently pursuing an MBA degree at McGill University specializing in strategy and leadership. A software engineer by training, Omar has over five years of experience in the telecommunication and automotive industry where he designed and implemented critical software for self-driving vehicles. Moreover, he led a team of software engineers building part of the connectivity software on Ford vehicles. With a great passion for solving complex business problems and helping organizations achieve their goals, Omar shifted his career to management consulting. Omar is spending his Summer-2023 working as an associate at Bain & Company. As a managing partner at MBCG, Omar aims at helping Quebec business tackle today’s complex problems.

Raised in India, Simran holds a Master's in Economics and has over 4 years of experience in academia and government policymaking. She has led pro bono consulting projects related to expansion strategies and market entry in North America and is currently engaged in social impact consulting. In academia, she conducted lectures, synthesized, and presented extensive research in Economics in a practical format while mentoring students and interns. Being imbibed in public policy, she has curated and moderated government policy discussions and talks with leading economists.
