To learn about our clients’ needs, and provide an opportunity to meet with some of the partners, the MBCG will meet with prospective clients for a free one-hour consultation. After a successful preliminary meeting, an in depth proposal is prepared detailing the project’s measurable objectives, our proposed methodology, a timeline as well as a budget.

This document forms the basis for our project mandate. As such, we work with our clients to ensure that it meets their needs and expectations before the project is started. A key component of our approach is our phased delivery of specific components of the project. This process ensures that our deliverables and the clients' expectations are aligned as the project progresses. Our goal is to meet the expectations of our clients and provide them with top quality service. Our final report is an insightful and analytical document that serves our clients into the future.
